Rakesh is an experienced, dedicated and a committed professional with exceptional troubleshooting and persuasive skills. He is a result oriented and challenge driven professional with over thirty years of international experience in Corporate Accounting, General Ledger, MIS, Costing, International Taxation, Revenue Recognition, External and Internal Audit, CFO services, Financial Reporting and Analysis of Financial Statements.

 

Rakesh has served in various executive, managerial and CFO positions with big conglomerates including Big-4 over three continents. He was the Founder Chairman of the very first US Chapter of ICAI in New York

(2008-09) and was also the Co-Chair for Associated Chamber of Commerce (ASSOCHAM), USA Chapter in 2010-11. He served on International Affairs Committee of ICAI from 2008 to 2010. He is the primary author for a couple of books – ‘Employment Based Immigration to the United States – A Long Haul’ and ‘Totalization Agreement with USA will augment billions of dollars in India’s forex’.

Manali Shah Manali is enrolled as an attorney with State Bar Of California since 2021 and Bar Council of India since 2015. She has four years of experience as a law clerk and paralegal at the Ropers Majeski Law Company, prosecuting and litigating intellectual property cases.

Manali is a skilled associate who has previously worked for H K Acharya and Company in India as a licencing advocate.

 

Manali earned her master's (LLM) from UC Berkeley, School of law. Her strengths include analyzing, researching, organizing and problem-solving. She is highly motivated to achieve her set goals.

She received her bachelor's degree (B.Com, LLB) from the Institute of Law at Nirma University and worked different internships at reputable legal firms undertaking transactional drafting work and supporting litigators in various courts and tribunals.

Ritu is a practising Company Secretary and a qualified lawyer. She is passionate about business legislation. She has represented numerous business owners, start-ups, small businesses, and large corporations regarding the establishment of operations in the United States and all across the world,

At present, I am working as a Whole-time Practising Company Secretary and my key responsibilities include:

 

• Working directly and closely with Clients as Corporate/Legal Consultant.

• Handling complex issues related to Capital Market.

• Drafting and vetting of various Legal Documents like Contracts, MOUs, NDA etc.

• Handling Cases of NCLT and NCLAT, various other judicial Authorities.

• Annual Compliance's, Incorporation of Company, LLP etc., Splitting and Transfer of shares, ESOPs process Right issue etc., FTE procedure, as per Companies Act, 2013 and Capital Market Laws.

• Responsible for Preparing documents for Debt Syndication, Corporate Debt Restructuring, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Working Capital Finance/Funding.

• Preparation of Business Proposals for client Companies to meet their loan requirements.

• Responsible for the Compliance of Corporate Laws and other applicable laws on the entities.

• Compliances of Trademark, Copyrights and other intellectual properties.

• Liasioning with govt authorities, departments and ministries.

• Handling Taxation and Accounting matters.

Salman B. Surani started his career as the head of sales for a leading Import and Export Company in the company's export and import division after being promoted within the same organisation from the position of purchase manager. After working in the sector for more than 8 years, he started his own enterprise and build his own manufacturing and construction business. He has vast experience of producing and managing the supply chain for the variety of products including glass, plastic, chemicals, medical supplies, apparel, handicrafts, and more.

 

His wide-ranging experience in manufacturing and sales has equipped him with a unique skill set that enables him to comprehend the whole supply chain. This knowledge has been instrumental in helping him build profitable businesses and make wise decisions throughout his professional career. Additionally, he has been able to keep one step ahead of the competition and grow his company’s business operations globally, because of his ability to spot industry trends and consumer wants. He is well-known in his fields of activity thanks to his commitment and entrepreneurial zeal.

 

He currently serves as Director of Forbays Exports (OPC) Private Limited, where he conducts his import and export business with several clients located all over the world, primarily in the United States of America. His ability to adjust to shifting market trends and technological advancements is another factor that has contributed to his success.

 

His enthusiasm for entrepreneurship has inspired him to join Juris Consultants USA INC, where he plans to act as a strategic advisor and aid aspiring business owners in expanding their operations internationally.
